Monthly schedule update fee based on your project size, complexity, and reporting needs of the Owner.

Bastin PM Group will develop a baseline schedule in close coordination with your project manager and team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with the realities of the procurement, permitting and construction constraints of the project.

For construction Bid Proposals - Bastin PM Group will work with your estimators and team to develop a Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project schedule to submit with your bid proposal.

Project Execution Planning & Project Risk Management

Bastin PM Group will work with your team to develop a fair and reasonable flat fee pricing for these services.
